Authors Mark Williams, John Teasdale, Zindel Segal and Jon Kabat-Zinn Don't let the word "Depression" in the title put you off. This book contains valuable insights into how our mind works, and how to come to best come to terms with it. There is significant science to prove the validity of the process. I found it very useful for dealing with repetitive thinking late at night. I urge everyone to spend a little time with this book
