Several men with Kennedy's Disease have developed this symptom as the condition progresses. It is best to exercise the neck, shoulders and trunk muscles often to help keep the neck muscles strong. Follow this link for exercises that might help: Dropping-head syndrome.

As a physics teacher, I can attest to the math behind the diagram showing the relative weight of the head. If in alignment, it does not take much strength to hold the head upright. But once the shoulders slouch and the head comes forward, it acts like a 3rd class lever and the force needed to hold up your head increases dramatically.

It is a reminder of the importance of good posture, especially living with KD.
