Hey Folks,
My dad rode his excercise bike everyday for 6 or so miles while praying the rosary. He had over 180,000 on his bike! This I believe was one of the sole reasons he made it to 79. He had diabetes and ate the way the Dr.'s told him to eat. He did not know that he had KD. He kept his muscles engaged, and mind busy. I hope those that can ride, find comfort in knowing that something must have worked for my dad.
P.S. He laughed as much as he could!

Lori:

What a beautiful life and inspiration. It shows that the human spirit plays a big factor on how we live with Kennedy's or any illness for that matter. Many times in our lives we have been told laughter is the best medicine. Sounds like your Dad had a lifetime prescription.

May God bless you and your family.

Thank you very much for sharing...

Dan
