I have been hurting for years had this pullng
tightness feeling. So I seen a paper for Myofascial Release Therapy so I tried it Well after my first time I stood up and felt relaxed. When I started driving home it didn't hurt when I turned my head. Second time I stood up and felt great. My legs worked walking out, havn't felt like that in 5 to 10 years. My arms move so easy, whole body feels good. Had a numb ,loss of feeling all over but now I can feel where i'm weak. It still hurts to hold arms over my head, legs do get sore and my ankles aren't doing too good. There was 6 days between 3rd and 4th treatment started feeling sore again but she took care of that. |
