Cold weather bothers me and I find I am weaker. Minor cramping is something that happens. Major cramps are a thing of of the past, fortunately.
Facial fasciculations are common and I occasionally experienced a distortion of the faced that went away after a day or two. I do some facial exercises each day and it seems to have helped.
I do core exercises every other day including those for strengthening the neck. Cramping is more frequent in the neck, but applying heat usually helps right away.
