Hello from Canada. I just recevied diagnosis of Kennedy`s. I was reading posts of other people having problems with stairs. I try to avoid stairs alltogether if possible. I use a walker.

Hi I am in the same boat just diagnosed I am 43 able to still get around well can climb stairs and all. But noticing Atrophy in right side of neck and left arm I am really scared by all of this, my anxiety level is through the roof was originally told it was ALS till I went to the Mayo clinic and they did the DNA test I have 44 repeats, and no one in my family is familiar with this happening to anyone else.

How old are you? If you do not mind me asking Homer.

Truly scared here and how do some of you guys deal with the anxiety?
