Indego has a new prosthetic device that looks promising. It's only in the trials stage, but I like the way it is lightweight and it can handle full paraplegia.

ReWalk is now FDA-approved and is being tested at Moss Rehab in Philadelphia. I saw a demo live and in person, and it was very impressive.
