There is more & more talk about it here where I live & a specialist clinic has opened up. Several people - including my local doctor (not a specialist)- have suggested I give it a try. Personally all the research I have done leaves me wholly unconvinced. At best it is a promising approach in its early days. But does anybody have any views or information? |

There have been several clinics that have advertised such a treatment, but they are, to my knowledge, not legitimate and there have been no reputable studies that support their claims.(see http://blogs.nature.com/news/2...ll_therapy_ce_1.html for an example of one in Germany!). Do you have more information on the clinic that you refer to in your area? Where do you live? |

There has been a substantial amount of debate in the usefulness of Stem cell research but no evidence found of its success. The clinics claiming it are just cashing out on the doubt of people. Do weigh your risks and benefits before applying it practically. This message has been edited. Last edited by: KerieaMorgan, |
