Question: I know that lower motor neuropathy is a symptom of SBMA and I know that numbmess, weakness, and wasting are symptoms of the neuropathy. But, what about burning along the nerve? For the past couple of weeks, I have been waking up with a burning sensation in my right leg. A couple of times the burning is so painful it wakes me up. Anyone else experience anything similar?

(Don't worry, I am not using this forum in place of medical care. I can't get in to the MDA clinic until September)
