Was any of this mentioned in this past weekend MDA Telethon?

Seems that news like this would be something that the MDA would exploit to let viewers know that there is progress going on in our battle against MD/Kennedy's.

The big question is, if and when there will be human trials.

Maria Pennuto's research looks promising. Dr. Fischbeck believes there could be a clinical trial within the next year on IGF-1. They have more tests to perform to establish dosage, safety, etc.
