Location: Cuxhaven / Germany Registered: 06-13-2016 Posts: 10  | I have recently again increased problems with spasms in the face, facial paresis (Bells Palsy ???). The cramps usually last only a few minutes, are unilateral, but can occur again and again. Has anyone else had this experience? Any recommendations?   This message has been edited. Location: Raleigh, NC Registered: 10-02-2010 Posts: 36  | I do experience this from time to time but it only lasts for a 3-5 seconds each time. For me it's more of a nuisance than anything. My neurologist suggested massaging the area that it is occurring for several minutes. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not.  |
