I have recently again increased problems with spasms in the face, facial paresis (Bells Palsy ???).
The cramps usually last only a few minutes, are unilateral, but can occur again and again.
Has anyone else had this experience?
Any recommendations?

I do experience this from time to time but it only lasts for a 3-5 seconds each time. For me it's more of a nuisance than anything. My neurologist suggested massaging the area that it is occurring for several minutes. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not.

I've experienced that in the cold before as well. My experience sounds like Mike's.
