Not much is in detail... Was wondering if anyone here has heard of this. Regards |

"I read that article and I thought is was really interesting in terms of disease mechanisms. JNK is an important regulator of many cellular processes, and I'm not sure if inhibiting JNK would cause some unwanted toxicity. It's a great question though, and one that needs to be followed by SBMA researchers." |

Unfortunately, we do not have a subscription to Nature Magazine or the abstracts (doctors and researchers do): http://www.nature.com/neuro/journal/v9/n7/full/nn1717.html Also, some of these reports I do not understand at all: http://pdfdl.oceighty.net/pdf2html.php?url=http://www.b...dtcnsnd4-1/0002Z.pdf http://lib.bioinfo.pl/pmid:11331614 http://pdfdl.oceighty.net/pdf2html.php?url=http://tigge...xi/Abstracts2006.pdf |
