Hello everyone, it's been a while since I have posted but have been reading the boards on a regular basis. Recently I went to the butchers to get some meat and I inquired about steroid free beef and if anyone does that anymore. To my dismay, he said no. Free range beef appears to be something from the old west. My question is this: Can beef be consumed and if so, in what quantity and what state? Do we have to have it in charcoal format before all signs of steroids are gone? Are there other foods that we should "Steer" away from?

After the butcher told me this, I took beef off my diet and have felt increasingly better, no more instant attacks of shakes, more alert and feel alot healthier.

Thanks a whole bunch!

Dan

Dan, that is really interesting. I have to admit I never thought of it before. I believe I will start checking around further on this. I also enjoyed your sense of humor and play on words. Thanks
