Hi Tony;

Great conference - 44 attendees PLUS 20 Doctors & Researchers from USA, Canada, China, Japan & Italy.

Tony, the conference was excellent and I definitely recommending attending next year if you can travel. Presentation topics included:

• Nutrition;
  
• Home Modifications;
  
• Dealing with Frustration and Anger by Lora Clawson from Johns Hopkins (which was my personal favorite presentation);
  
• Breakout discussion sessions for men and women separately;
  
• Doctors and Researchers Update; and
  
• the ever-popular dinner and silent auction.
  

There was also some discussion of the research study currently underway at NIH on the effect of exercise on people with SBMA.

Just the opportunity to meet the other people with SBMA and hear their stories is worth the trip.
