If so, has anything helped to quiet this? It’s almost like a response within minutes of eating. Thank you! |
Location: Chicago, IL Registered: 01-18-2008 Posts: 205 | My first thought would be a food sensitivity to a regularly consumed food. I had problems with intermittent excess/loose stools for years before I realized I had an issue with pulses (most beans and peas). I could eat moderate amounts without much reaction and the reaction was not immediate so it took a while to realize they were trouble for me. It took even longer to realize it extended to other legumes such as cashews and peanuts. More recently I discovered coconut can trigger me too although it takes quite a lot. |
